See, now, in his head that sounded like it made sense. But out loud, it sounded like he was some sort of weirdo who accidentally on purpose drugged people because of a mental compulsion.
"How do I get him to talk to me again? I need to explain it all!"
no subject
"First I'd suggest not drugging him again." He would really, really have liked to have made that a joke. With a sigh Theta walked over to Koschei's bed and sat down on the edge. "So. Why exactly did you have to do all that? ...start with the drugging. One thing after the other."
no subject
Well, he couldn't say any more or Theta would know Koschei was protecting him. So, instead, he kept it as subtle as he could, not wanting to give it away. "He doesn't want me to be happy and I was starting to be happy, I liked Barty. And he liked me. But Tom is intent on destroying me, he forced me to do it!"
And the more he thought about it, the angrier he was. He wanted to destroy Tom, now more than ever. "He won't be happy till I'm alone and suffering all the time."
no subject
So, mostly Koschei was just sounding very paranoid. And perhaps a tad melodramatic.
"Er. Did you try apologizing to Barty?"
no subject
And, with that, he stormed off to find Tom. To do what? He had no idea. He just wanted to get back at him. Odds are, this time of day, he'd be in the canteen. So that's where Koschei went.
And, for once, luck was on his side. There sat Tom and all his band of merry idiots. With a deep breath for courage, he stormed across to him and lashed out, grabbing onto the boy's collar before anyone could stop him. "I'm going to kill you, you bastard. I'm going to end you."
He barely got chance to put his arms around Tom's neck when about four boys started to yank him off. He didn't care any more, Tom just kept ruining everything he wanted. It wasn't fair.
no subject
"Does anybody have to go while we're at it?" The answer to that question was blended out by the toilet being flushed.
no subject
"If any of you piss on me, you're the first to die!" Koschei cried out with an edge of hysteria. He was so angry, so disgusted and vague worried of what could happen. When his head was mostly out of the toilet, he shook his head to remove most of the water. "Just get off me before I--"
And back into the toilet he went.
no subject
The only good thing was that the toilet was soon flushed again, so at least it should get washed away.
"Anyone have a pen?"
no subject
"I can't believe you did that, you animal! What are you? A fucking dog?" Koschei yelled with indignation as he was pulled away from the toilet and held down, no one really wanting to get that close to upper half now. He actually smelled like piss, that was the worst part. And he had to walk back to his room like this. "Don't you dare write on my head!"
Well, that was soon ignored in favour of the boys holding him down, calling out different things to write till they finally settle on something they didn't say aloud. He could just hear the laughter.
Koschei really didn't think he could take much more humiliation.
no subject
"The next part is going to be much worse." Not that they had really figured out what the next part would be yet, but well. "Just wait and see."
With that and some last kicks, he was left to his own devices in the open stall, dripping wet and smelling horrible.

It was an incredibly embarrassing walk through the halls but fortunately not many people were about. And, annoyingly enough, those that were offered no help. They just avoided him, some laughed, some took pictures. People were such assholes.
He ended up the one place he shouldn't of gone, especially since Tom could of been there, but needed to see someone that wasn't Theta. Hence why he came to Barty. The closest room and one that didn't contain his friend. He didn't really knock because he couldn't, he just slammed himself repeatedly into the door then waited.
It was like old times. Him, helplessly stuck, smelling of a toilet and unable to get his hands free.
no subject
Then he was suddenly way too aware of being mostly naked and that was just not something he wanted to with the boy that had... That he had... And that had insinuated that he was pretty much a needy slut, so his natural reaction was to close the door again, hopefully before Koschei walked in.
no subject
He got that this was a long shot but he could try. He really didn't want to walk any further. Not when reeking of pissing with his arms behind his back and 'I ♥ Tom' on his forehead. It literally could only get worse if he was naked. "I have to talk to you too, because we really need to talk. Now, please, I'll beg you if I have to but let me in. Seriously, I will."
Koschei had no intention to beg but, you know, he had to seem desperate enough.
no subject
"I don't want to talk to you. So just don't." He could still hear his words from earlier today, the words that had somehow managed to make everything worse. He didn't want that to happen again. "Please. Just. Turn around, I'll get my knife."
He also really wanted to get dressed, but one thing after the other. "No talking," he reminded him, as he picked up his knife from the nightstand.
no subject
He had a strange noise in his head since birth, a constant drumming sound, so the idea of silence was an oddity he'd never have. And neither would Barty as long as he knew Koschei.
Turning around, he held out his arms to make it easier on Barty. then did exactly the opposite of what he asked. "Tom set me up, you know that, right? He made me do it and I went to stand up to him because of it ... and I got this done to me for my efforts. So you really do need to listen to me because God knows, I've suffered enough."
It may seem like a laughable idea but really, you try smelling like he did. It was hardly a picnic.
no subject
He pulled back, knuckles white from how tight he was holding on to his knife. "I'll give you some clothes." Whatever, as long as it meant he'd go into the bathroom and he'd not have to deal with him anymore. Get dressed, give him clothes and then he could just head out himself. Find Tom or something.
"I don't want to listen to you."
no subject
Maybe taunting him was a bad idea but he seriously didn't like being threatened like that. He wasn't in the mood for these games, not since being pissed on and beaten up again.
"If you don't want to listen then fine but I'm right," Koschei insisted as he moved towards the bathroom, happy to get clean again. "Tom did this, like he does everything. I mean I'm sorry but isn't this a little easy? You make a friend that isn't him and suddenly I become some weird date-rapey nutter?"
Just the sort of set up he always suffered in this place. He could never be normal if Tom was there to twist things.
no subject
"Doesn't really matter. You could have fucked me even without drugging me, right? I'm not sure when exactly you think we became friends, but take a shower already and stop insulting me." He put on a sweater, which was weird because he didn't bother with a shirt first and still wasn't wearing anything but a towel on his lower half, but at least he was a bit more covered.
"You are only making this worse."
no subject
The last words were said with a lot of venom and he hurried into the bathroom, slamming the door shut. He made quick work of getting both in and out of the shower, scrubbing at the annoying words plastered on his head. If he was in Tom position, he would of done so much more, he would of been much better at ruling this place. But here he was, always bottom of the pile.
Once he was sure he smelled fresher and less like a toilet, he swiftly wrapped a towel around him and push the door open. "You may as well bin the uniform I left in there, it's unusable now."
no subject
"I believe you," he finally muttered, staring at nothing and glad the book provided an alibi of sorts, "Now leave me alone."
It wasn't as if he had ever truly believed Tom's version of the events anyway. That was just Tom's way. Tom's way of showing he was important and Tom's way of ruining lives. That didn't, however, change the fact that Koschei could have handled it differently and didn't bother and it definitely didn't change how he talked to him now.
no subject
If he knew someone like himself, he'd distance away from them. Save his own skin and let the guy handle it themselves because he assumed that was what you were meant to do. Save yourself.
Swiftly pulling on the shirt that awkwardly fell over his wrists, he rolled up the sleeves and got to work on the buttons. "If Tom wasn't here, riding my back, we'd have a chance at something. But get near me and you'll get your head in a toilet. Trust me, you don't need that."
no subject
Barty rubbed his face and smiled briefly. "I do remember some of that night. I know you apologized then, but you won't apologize now. I did like you, Koschei, and I know what shit you have to put up with, but you're right. I don't need risking everything for a bloke who doesn't treat me right, either." He shrugged. "I help you because it's not right what they do. Tom does. Don't know about Theta. He probably just likes you. And you actually do like him, too, so go to your room and leave me alone."
no subject
So he let Barty get what he wanted, he'd leave because staying was too hard. He didn't like the realisation that he wasn't being much better than Tom lately, he was being quite a dick. In fact, the more this war went on, the worse he got. Maybe he seriously just needed to move on and stop obsessing. Maybe one day they'd actually just leave him alone? With a sigh, he gave the boy a quick glance before shrugging. "You're not a slut. And I know I haven't been... well, the best. But I can always be better, I'm good at catching on."
And, with that, he made his way out the door, hoping he didn't run into Tom on the way out.
